Faith Formation Registration 2026-2027

St. Francis of Assisi Parish
Welcome! We are excited to have PreK-12th students join us for Faith Formation Classes for the 2026-2027 year. Please use the form below to register your child for all faith formation classes, including for sacramental preparation, by
Friday May 15th, 2026!

Program Information
Family of Faith Catechesis
- FFF is required for all PreK students (age 4 by 9/1/2026) through 12th grade. Program details will be available after June 1st 2026.
- Fee is $75/student (max $225/family)
First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion
- 1st & 2nd grade preparation will take place on the 2nd Sunday of each month at St. Ignatius beginning in September. Participation in Family of Faith Catechesis is required.
- Fee is $55/student (excluded from discounts & family maximum)
Edge for Middle School
- 6th-8th grade details will be available after June 1st 2026. Participation in Family of Faith Catechesis is required.
- No additional fee
Confirmation Year 2
- 9th grade preparation details will be available after June 1st 2026. This preparation is open to 9th graders who were in Catholic faith formation the previous year. Please contact Jennifer if you are interested in Confirmation preparation for other situations. Participation in Family of Faith Catechesis is required.
- Fee is $80/student (excluded from discounts & family maximum)
High School Youth Group
- 10th - 12th grade preparation details will be available after June 1st 2026. Participation in Faith of Faith Catechesis is expected.
- No additional fee
Sacramental Preparation Notes
- The Diocese of Madison expects a minimum of 2 years of religious education before receiving First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation. Children should attend 1st and 2nd grade to receive their Sacraments in 2nd grade, and 8th and 9th grade in order to be confirmed at the end of freshman year.
Schedule & Payment Information
- The schedule for 2026-2027 will be posted & emailed to you on June 1st 2026.
- After you complete the registration form, the invoice will be emailed to you within two business days. Payments will be due seven days after invoice has been sent (date included on invoice).
- Early-Bird Discount ($10) will be applied from the total if the registration form is completed and payment is made by Wednesday, April 15th.
- Late registrations (after May 15th) will result in a late fee due to deadline for ordering materials at a discounted rate.

- Program Information
